The Dechant Fund will support a diocesan-wide approach to formation that involves an entire parish community in lifelong faith formation. Such faith formation brings people of diverse ages and experiences together to learn and celebrate faith. Everyone, regardless of age, learns about, reflects on, and discusses the same theme at the same time. Such a vision will rely on leaders and people using their gifts and putting them at the service of others so that families, elders, couples, and young adults will come together and grow together in their faith as they share it with one another.
