"Sacred Heart Cathedral School's mission is to form disciples of Christ.  The children in our school learn that their words and actions are reflections of Christ himself.  They attend Mass twice a week and have daily Religion classes.  Our children are also given a well rounded academic education from dedicated teachers.  Our extra curricular activities include chorus, band, speech competition, football, volleyball, basketball, and drill teams.  Our expectations for our children are high, and we try to provide them with what they need to be successful.

One of our strengths is parent involvement.  Parents serve us on School Council, Home & School Board, room parents, recess help, crossing guards, and many other activities within our school.  We count on them as first teachers and role models of their faith for all of our students.

Sacred Heart Cathedral School has been a K-8 school for many years.  2008-2009 marks the beginning of our Preschool for three and four year olds.  Our school is accredited by the Kansas State Board of Education. We strive to give our students the best education program that is immersed in their growing formation of faith.  We believe that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us."
