Students from Sacred Heart Cathedral School in Dodge City paraded to Eisenhower Park -- about four blocks from the school -- April 22 to celebrate Earth Day. As they walked, many of the students stopped to pick up trash, and once at the park, they sang, recited prayers, and listened as Principal Laura Mead shared information about global warming and other Earth Day concerns. The school concluded the morning event with a dance.
