For Jessica Slattery, the Easter vigil signified a conclusion to her long journey to become Catholic, and the beginning of a new life, both in the Catholic Church and with her husband, Kyle (second from top), married in the Church after having already been married in a civil ceremony.

Jessica, at left (with Father Ted Skalsky), celebrated four sacraments at the cathedral vigil: baptism, confirmation, first communion, and marriage.

Celebrating three sacraments -- baptism, confirmation, and first communion -- was Nicole Parker-Sutton, who is being baptized at right, who is being baptized at bottom.
