Retreat for separated, widowed, divorced, Sept. 23-25

Those who have suffered the loss of a loved one through separation, divorce or death can find healing and comfort on a retreat especially designed to help them through the grieving process. The loss can be one of life’s most traumatic experiences. It can result in nearly unbearable feelings of loneliness and grief, especially around the holiday season. The retreat offers the opportunity to move forward toward a new beginning in life with renewed hope and energy.

The Beginning Experience Retreat is a weekend program to help the grieving single-again persons move from the darkness of grief into the light of a new beginning. The next Beginning Experience is Sept. 23-25 at the Spiritual Life Center in Wichita, 7100 East 45th Street North in Bel Aire. Please contact Walter Rooney at (316) 794-7361 (eve) or Beverly Pieplow, (316) 264-4876, for additional information. Advance registration is required.
