Vocations Fair, Feb. 26, Great Bend
The Vocations Commission of the Great Bend Catholic Community will be hosting a "Celebrate Your Call at Mardi Gras" Vocation Fair, on Sunday, Feb. 26, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at St. Rose Auditorium, 1412 Baker, Great Bend. The day will provide information about the areas where people are actively sharing their gifts. The day will encourage many others to recognize the call that God has for them and will invite them to become involved in a number of ways throughout the communities. Events will include a presentation, blood drive and a variety of booths displaying the activities of many community services agencies and organizations.

Cost: $50 per parish and $15 per person or $30 per person (Lunch charge is included and family fees negotiable)
"This retreat is a time of reflection and prayer with others who are also engaged in the RCIA program. It is designed as a preparation for the Lenten scrutinies but not intended to replace the scrutiny process in the parish. This RCIA retreat is for catechumens, candidates, sponsors and teams as part of the recommended RCIA formation process for the diocese. Both retreats will be divided into English and Spanish groups. Please register by Jan. 30."

Patricia Benson OP, Dominican of Adrian, has been a spiritual director for more than 20 years. Maurice Lange OMI has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and was an intern with Miriam MacGillis OP at Genesis Farm during 1998-99."
