William Warnken, 6, of Owasso, Oklahoma, visits with author Dr. "Doc" Carlton of Dallas at the Kansas Cowboy Symposium recently in Dodge City. Carlton was honored at a symposium reception at the Kansas Heritage Center. Warnken is the son of Chris and Cindy Warnken.
