Con Coloridos pedacitos de madera se forma un piso pintado, del Dios Azteca Huitzilopochtili, al lado sentadas se encuentran; la Hermana María Rea y Karla Guzmán. Guzmán, es una de los15 jóvenes, de la Comunidad de jóvenes Jesed, que pasaron el 31 de Octubre, formando la pintura sobre el piso, en una de las esquinas, de la Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. El Altar, es para homenaje de aquellos que han muerto. Este año, el Fundador de las Hermanas Pasionistas Mexicanas, el Padre, Diego Alberici, fue honrado con su fotografía sobre el Altar. La Actividad, es una tradición que se repite a lo largo de México y América Latina, e l 30 de Octubre. E l Dios Azteca, es una pintura tradicional, porque simboliza la entrada a la creencia, que la vida continua despues de la muerte.

which sits Sister Maria Rea and Karla Guzman. Guzman was one of 15 youth
from the Jesed Community youth group that spent Oct. 31 piecing the
painting together on the floor in a corner of the Cathedral of Our Lady of
Guadalupe gathering space. The altar honors those who have died. This
year, the founder of the Mexican Passionist Sisters, Father Diego Alberici
was honored with his photograph on the altar. The activity is a tradition
that is repeated throughout Mexico and Latin America on Oct. 30. The Aztec
god is traditionally depicted because it symbolizes the shared belief that
life continues after death. |
