St. Boniface Parish in Sharon kicked off its religious education program this year with a "Mass in the Park" followed by a hamburger feed for the entire parish. After Father John Strasser celebrated Mass, Lennes Rankin and his family served more than 100 hamburgers and approximately 50 hotdogs to the hungry crowd.
"The weather was beautiful; everyone had a wonderful time," said Carol Ricke. "We hope our religion classes go this well throughout the year."
