Many of you became aware of new developments in the Tabitha Adams case this morning in the newspaper.

I want to assure you that our school has not been contacted about any additional children that may have been involved in the allegation concerning Ms. Adams. Upon reading today’s headlines, I immediately contacted Lt. Craig Mallecker at the Dodge City Police Department and asked whether or not the other children involved were Sacred Heart students. Lt. Mallecker assured me that no Sacred Heart students are involved.

This has been a difficult situation for Sacred Heart students and families to deal with and I thank you for your continued support of our school, faculty and students. Keep all those involved as well as our Sacred Heart students and faculty in your prayers.

May your family have a safe and relaxing Spring Break so that we return renewed and ready to finish the year strong.
