The Vicar General is appointed by the Bishop to serve as his deputy and to assist him in the general care and administration of the diocese.
The Moderator of the Curia is appointed by the Bishop to coordinate the ministries and services of the diocese. The Vicar General serves as Vicar for Clergy and Religious. The Moderator of the Curia serves as the Bishop's liaison to El Consejo de Pastoral, Diocesan Review Board, Catholic Social Service, Health Care, and Parish Life Coordinators. The Moderator serves as communication officer and ecumenical officer. |
